Frosted glass is glass that has either an internal texture or a frost inner layer. Unlike frosted glass, window vinyl frosting is a thin vinyl material that is applied on glass.Frosted glass is a permanent  glass that is chemically frosted and can’t be reversed. Frosted glass is also typically used for privacy or decorative purposes while window vinyl frosting is also decorative but also allows for permanent and temporary rebranding. In short ,frosted glass is permanent and any design on the frosted glass would require replacement of the whole glass .
